Shipping prices with PostNord in Europe

 

Our packages are sent with PostNord.  
The price of delivery is calculated according to your location and the weight and size of the order.

We send all packages with a track and trace number, so your package can always be tracked.

A minimum of 2-5 business days delivery time must be calculated.

However, there may be exceptions with longer delivery times for holidays and public holidays.

 

Can I change my order?

​

We will process your order as soon as possible. If you regret, change your mind or want to add more to your order, please write to madeinghana@outlook.dk, and we will accommodate the changes as best as possible.


Right of withdrawal

 

Made in Ghana provides a 14-day full return policy on unused items valid from the day you receive the shipment.

 

If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
 

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to let us know that you will regret your purchase. You can send an email with your order number to madeinghana@outlook.dk, where you write that you regret your purchase.

 

You can use a standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of this page.

 

You can not cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

 

Undoing part of the purchase

 

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of sending one or more items back, even if they were purchased in one order.

Please note that you will not be reimbursed for shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.

 

Return
 

Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.

You must pay for the package to be returned, and you are responsible if damage occurs during transport.

 

The condition of the item when you send it back

​

If the item has lost value and it is because you have used it in a different way than what was necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way it works, you can only get part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.

 

Refund of the purchase amount

 

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back.

If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we has been notified that you want to cancel the agreement.

We will refund the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us proof of having returned it.

Complaint

​

Made in Ghana must always be contacted before submitting a complaint.

 

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Purchase Act apply to purchases of goods.

​

This means that you have a right to make a complaint for 24 months.

​

If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

 

You must file a complaint within "reasonable time" after you discover the error. If you complain within two months after the error is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.


If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse your shipping costs.

If you have a complaint, send an email to madeinghana@outlook.dk  with a picture of your complaint and write your order number in the subject field.

 

Purchase of goods and payment

Your order will be delivered as soon as possible. You will receive the goods within 2-5 business days after your order.

​

If you do not pick up your package or PostNord cannot meet you at home when attempting delivery, the package will be returned to Made in Ghana, which can be contacted at madeinghana@outlook.dk .


When purchasing items from Made in Ghana, you must provide personal information such as name, address and payment information. Once your order is complete, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

When you place an order, you guarantee that all the information you provide is correct, that you are over 18 years of age and that you are an authorized user of the credit card used, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the purchase.

Colors


We can not guarantee that the colors on our webshop match 100% with the colors in reality. This depends in part on the resolution of your computer or phone.
